ENGAGEMENT TERMS
Where are the engineers based and how do we contract them?
The engineers we offer are based in Europe; every profile states the country and time zone. You do not employ them: you sign a B2B services contract with OLEGUM SRL, the EU company registered in Romania (VAT ID RO52838329) that operates Koral Solutions. Koral is your single contracting and invoicing party, whether you add one engineer or a team.
How is the rate set?
Indicative rates: Middle engineers from €25 per hour, Senior from €40, Lead and architects from €50. The final rate depends on the stack and the engagement length, and it is agreed in writing before work starts.
How long can we work with an engineer?
From short-term assignments to long-term product development: one specialist or a focused team, for weeks, months, or ongoing delivery.
What if the engineer is not the right fit?
Every engagement starts with a 2-week trial period at the regular rate to validate technical fit and team chemistry. If the engineer is not the right fit, you can stop after the trial or we propose a replacement. Koral stays accountable for the quality of the work throughout the engagement.
Who owns the code and how is confidentiality handled?
Ownership and licensing of client-specific deliverables, together with confidentiality terms, are defined in your engagement agreement before the engineer starts.
How does VAT work?
Invoices are issued by an EU VAT-registered company. For VAT-registered business customers in other EU countries the reverse-charge mechanism usually applies; the exact treatment is confirmed in your agreement.
Which time zone do you work in?
Koral is based in Romania (EET, UTC+2/+3), which overlaps with business hours across Europe. The working-hours overlap is agreed for each engagement.
